III RESOLUTION NO. 5800
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TZ2 CITY OF
NEWPORT BRACH AMENDING SCHEDULE "A" ADOPTED BY
3 RESOLUTION NO. 5641.RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION
AND COMPENSATION

5 WREAS, Resolution No. 5641 was adopted pursuant to
6 Section 2260 of the Newport Bead Municipal Code and adopter.
7 Schedules "Ally ''B", and "C" setting forth the classification and
8 compensation plan of the City upon recommendation of the City
9 Managers and
10 S AS, the City Manager recommends that Schedule "A"
11 be amended by deleting the class of Deputy City Clerk from salary
12 range No. 26 and adding the class of Chief Deputy City Clerks at
13 salary range No. 279
14 NOW2 TBEREWS2 BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1,
15 1963, Schedule ''A°' adopted by Resolution No. 5641 is amended by
16 deleting the class of Deputy City Clerk from salary range No. 26
17 and adding the class of Chief Deputy City Clerk at salary range No.
18 27.
19 BE IT FUsNTER. RESOLVED that, except as specifically
20 changed, the provisions of Schedule "Ate and Resolution No. 55411
21 shall continue in fall force and effect.
