5 WWII S, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Nexnoxt Beach a certain agreement between the City of
7 Newport Bead and Ira N. Frisbee & Co. for auditing services for
8 the fiscal year beginn -IMS ,duly 1, 19163; and
9 W-1 k , the City Council has considered the terms and
10 conditions of said agreement and froa.d said terms and condit_.ons
11 to be reasonable and equitable;
