2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EZECUTION OF A
3 LEASE OF CERTAIN.OFFICES

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain lease between the City of New-
7 port Beach and Helen W. Henger whereby the City of Newport Beach
8 leases from Helen W. Henger office No. 4 and a portion of office
9 No. 3 located upstairs in the business building commonly known as
10 414 - 32nd Street, Newport Beach, for a period of one year commenc-
11 ing July 1, 1963, and ending June 30, 1964, for the total sum of
12 $1,020, payable in quarterly installments of $255 each; and
13 WHEREAS. the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said lease and found said terms and conditions to be
15 reasonable and equitable;
16 NM42 THEREFORE-, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
17 City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
18 lease on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
19 ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 1963.
