A MAP SHOWING A CERTAIN- 3 ALLEY IN BLOCK 11 OF SEASHORE COLONY TRACT. . WHICH IS PROPOSED TO BE.VAOATED,_CLOSED UP AND 4 ABANDONED y� 6 1,iHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach 7 has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a 8 certain map entitled f °Proposed Alley Abandonment and 5' Strip to 9 be Dedicated to the ity of Newport Beach, in Block 11, Seashore 10 Colony Tract, Newport Beach, Calif. ", designated Job No. 8128 of 11 .Pack S. Raub, Land Surveyor, dated July 3, 1963, showing a certain 12 alley in Block 11 of Seashore Colony Tract in the City of Newport 13 Beach which the City is considering vacating, closing up and 14 abandoning, and which is more particularly described as follows: 15 Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly Line of the 10.00 foot alley in Block 11, Seashore Colony 16 Tract, as shown on a Map thereof, Recorded in Book 7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, 17 California, with the Southwesterly line of the North- easterly one -half of Lot 12 in said Block 11; thence 18 North 350 51' 00" Last along the Southeasterly line of Lots 12, 11, 10 and 9 in said Block 11 and along the 19 Southeasterly line of Lot 1, Block G, E1 Moro Tract, as shown on a Map thereof, Recorded in Book S, Page 75 of 20 Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County a distance of 169.98 feet; thence South 27° 35' OP East, 21 11.18 feet to the Southeasterly line of the said 10.00 foot Alley, said Southeasterly line being the Northwest - 22 erly line of Lots ,3 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 in said Block 11; 23 thence South 35° 511 00" West along the said Northwest- erly line, a distance of 164.98 feet to the Southwesterly line of the Northeasterly one -half of said Lot 3; thence 24 North 540 08' 00" Best 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. 25 NOW, TIZRZ ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be and is 26 hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and "• 27 directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment 28 of said alley. 29 ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 1963. �% > 30 31 ATTEST: lx�ayor City Clerk .r <, '7 46 7D' 22"E h 54'09' E 53 AG db' 845 1507 tio7 11:••.
