RESOLUTION NO. 5823
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTiON OF A
CONTRACT TO SERVE WATER OUTSIDE THE CITY TO
NEWPORT BEACH SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a
certain contract between the City and NEW20RT BEACH SCHOOL
DISTRICT , as Purchaser, wherein the City agrees to sell
water outside the City to said Purchaser- and
WHEREAS. the City Council has considered the term and con-
ditions of said contract and found them to be fair and equitable-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the water contract
between th.e City of Newport Beach and said NEWPORT BEACH SCHOOL
`DISTRICT with a tern from July 1, 19632 through
June 30,J964 both dates inclusive, be approved and the
Magor.And City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the sauce on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
