2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
4 WHEREAS, Edwin Neil Hart has executed a grant of easem
5 granting to the City of Newport Beach an easement for sanitary
6 sewer purposes over the following - described real property in the
7 City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
8 to wit:
9 A parcel of land 6 feet in width lying 3 feet on
each side of and adjoining the following described
10 center line:

Beginning at a point on
the southwesterly line of
Lot 13, Block 431 as per
map of Corona del Mar

recorded.in Book 3, Page
41 of Miscellaneous Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange

County, California, said
point being northwesterly
22.50 feet from the most
southerly corner of said

Lot 13; thence easterly
in a direct line to a point
on the northeasterly line of said Lot 13, said point

being northwesterly 4.80
feet from the most easterly
corner of said Lot 13;

18 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
19 said grant'of easement for such:purposes;
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
21 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
22 and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and atta
23 a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
24 grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
25 ADOPTED this 26th day of August 1963.
