RESOLUTION NO. 5855
RESOLUTION ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND
MODIFICATIONS IN THE ASSESSMENT FOR
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 47
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, as follows:
SECTION 1. (a) That Assessment No. 9 be,
and the same is hereby reduced by the sum of $259.68:
(b) That Assessment No. 10 be,
and the same is hereby reduced by the sum of $259.68.
SECTION 2. That the amount of the City's contri-
bution to the aforesaid improvement be, and the same is hereby
increased by the total of the sum of the above two mentioned
reductions.
SECTION 3. That the Superintendent of Streets is
hereby ordered to note said corrections on the roll as herein
made.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th day of September,
1963.

approved and adopted by said City Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City
Clerk, all at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 10th day of September,
1963, and that the same was passed and adopted by
the following vote, to wit:

Hart, Marshall, Elder
NOES: Councilmen None
