RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 47
IN SAID CITY AS MODIFIED
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of
the City of Newport Beach, California,, an assessment to represent
the costs and expenses of the work and improvement done pursuant
to proceedings had and taken under and pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 5693 adopted November 26, 1962; and
WHEREAS, the'City Clerk has duly given Notice in the
manner provided bylaw of the filing of said assessment and of the

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said assessment and diagram, the proceed-
ings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of
all officers of the City of Newport Beach, California, in relation
to the work done and to the said assessment and,the diagram attached
thereto, be and the same hereby are,,ratified and confirmed, and
the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered and directed to
attach to said assessment a warrant in the manner and form provided
by law, said warrant bearing date of this Resolution, and is further
ordered to deliver said warrant, diagram and assessment to the
Contractor, or his assignee, as the case may be, forthwith upon
payment of the incidental expenses due thereon.

approved and adopted by said City Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City
Clerk, all at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 10th day of September,
1963, and that the same was passed and adopted by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Stoddard, Gruber, Cook,
Hart, Marshall, Elder
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen Lorenz
