RESOLUTION NO. 5883
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SCHEDULE "A" ADOPTED
BY RESOLUTION NO. 5804 RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION
AND COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5804 was adopted pursuant to
Section 2200 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, Schedules "A ", "B ", "C", and "D" setting
forth the classification and compensation plan of the City were
established by said Resolution No. 5804; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that
Schedule "A" be amended by changing the class of Water and
Sewer Superintendent from salary range No. 36 to salary range
No. 38;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective
October 28, 1963, Schedule "A" adopted by Resolution No. 5804
is amended by changing the class of Water and Sewer Superintendent
from salary range No. 36 to salary range No. 38.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as specifically
changed, the provisions of Schedule "A" and Resolution No. 5804
shall continue in full force and effect.
ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1963.
