RESOLUTION NO. 5891
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH REGULATING PARKING ON MARINE
AVENUE
WHEREAS, Section 3292.3 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that the City Council may by resolution designate
streets or portions of streets on which overnight parking is pro-
hibited and the times and hours such prohibition is to apply; and
9 WHEREAS, it is necessary to prohibit overnight parking
10 as hereinafter provided;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective immediately
12 parking shall be prohibited on Marine Avenue between Park Avenue
13 and North Bay Front during the following periods:
14 Each day from 10 :00 P. M. to 6:00 A. M. on the
15 following day, from the first Friday in June
16 through the Sunday following Labor Day of
17 each year.
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5674 be and
19 hereby is repealed.
