1 RESOLUTION NO. 5900
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES WITH MURTON H.
WILLSON AND ASSOCIATES

511 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
611 of the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City
7 of Newport Beach and Murton H. Willson and Associates, a consult-
8 ing firm, under which said firm is to perform certain consulting
9 services for the City; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions'of said contract and found them to be reasonable and
12 equitable and in the interests of the City;
13 NOL32 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for
14 consulting services be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
15 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
16 the City of Newport Beach.
