RESOLUTION NO, �'� `A I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR THE
RELOCATION OF A PORTION.OF A WATER.MAIN .
WHEREAS, in connection with the improvement by the County
of Orange of a portion of the existing roadway on Fifteenth Street
and on Placentia Avenue in said County, the City of Newport Beach
desires that a portion of an existing 2480 water main owned by it
which lies within said improvement limits be relocated therein;
and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement between the City and the
County providing for such water main relocation in conjunction
with the Countyls work under said improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and equi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the city of Newport Beach,
ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 1964,
