1 RESOLUTION NO. 5958
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
4 WHEREAS, Wayne E. Bandy and Barbara M, Bandy, his wife,
5 have executed a grant of easement granting to the City of Newport
6 Beach an easement for street and highway purposes over the follow-
7 ing described real property in the City of Newport Beach, County
8 of Orange, State of California:
9 That portion of Lot 18, Block 128 of the Lake
Tract as per map recorded in Book 4, Page 13
10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County
11 Recorder of Orange County described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of said
12 Lot 18; thence northeasterly 10 feet along the
southeasterly line of said Lot 18 to the point of
13 cusp of a curve concave northerly, having a radius
of 10 feet; thence westerly 15.71 feet along said
14 curve through a central angle of 90° to the south-
westerly line of said Lot 18; thence southeasterly
15 10 feet along said southwesterly line to the point
16 of beginning;
1711 and
18 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
19 said grant of easement for such purposes;
2011 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant of easement
21 is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
22 execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
23 to its recording and to record said easement in the County Recorder'
24 office.
25 ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1964.
