2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 AN AGREEMENT
v
5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement under which the City
7 of Newport Beach grants to Sully- Miller Contracting Company the
8 right to extract base material from a portion of the City's
9
disposal area as more particularly set
forth therein;
and
10
WHEREAS, the City Council has
considered the
terms and
11
conditions of said agreement and found
them to be fair
and equi-
1211 table;
13II NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
141`1` Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
15 the City of Newport Beach.
16 ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1964.
