2I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING AN INTERSECTION AT
3 WHICH VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO STOP

51 Yr31-3EREAS, Section 3251 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
61 provides that whenever an ordinance or resolution designates an
7 intersection at which vehicles are required to stop at one or more
8 entrances thereto, the city traffic engineer shall erect signs and
9 that every driver of the vehicles shall stop at such intersection;
10 and
11 1^ S, the intersection of Balboa Boulevard and 36th
12 Street should be designated as an intersection where vehicles are
13 required to stop at each entrance thereto;
14 NOV12 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
15 City of Newport Beach that said intersection is hereby designated
16 as an intersection where vehicles are required to stop at each
17 entrance thereto.
18 ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 1964.
