6 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City of

Newport Beach and ,tames Pi. Kontgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc.,
SI under which said engineering firm would restudy and prepare a
9 revision of their report entitled °'Study of pressure Zones III, IV
10 and V" dated October, 1962, and revise and update their report
11 entitled "Report on .Future Sources of Water" submitted to the City
12 in February, 19629 and
13 Wh -173.E S, the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
1511 equitable;
16 NOW2 TMMZFORE, BE IT RES0LVED that said agreement be
17 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
18 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach..
