RESOLUTY014 NO. 5985
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NMIPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
LEASE OF CERTAIN OFFICES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain lease between the City of New-
port Beach and Helen W. Henger whereby the City of Newport Beach
leases from Helen W. Henger office No. 4 and a portion of office
No, 3 located upstairs in the business building commonly known as
414 - 32nd Street, Newport Beach, for a period of one year commenc-
ing July 1, 1964, and ending June 30, 1965, for the total sum of
$1,020, payable in quarterly installments of $255 each; and
�MREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said lease and found said terms and conditions to be
reasonable and equitable;
NOW, THZREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
lease on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
