RES0LUTION NO. 5986
A RES0LUTI0N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT TO SERVE WATER OUTSIDE THE CITY TO
NICOL&I & CHRIST, a partnership,

•' WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a
certain contract between the City and NICOIAI & CHRIST, a
partnership , as Purchaser, wherein the City agrees to sell
water outside the City to said Purchaser; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the term and con-
ditions of said contract and found there to be fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the water contract
between the City of Newport Peach and said NICOLAI & CHRIST
with a term from July 1, 1.9642 through
June 30, 1965 , both dates inclusive, be approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
