21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5193 TO .
3 ESTABLISH PARKING FEES FOR BUSSES AT THE CORONA
DEL MAR STATE AND CITY BEACH PARK y

5 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5193 provides for the operation
6 of parking facilities at the Corona del Mar State and City Beach
7 Park and provides for the charging of parking fees therefor; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
9 finds that a daily parking fee of $2.00 per bus should be added to
10 the fees established by said resolution for the use of parking
11 facilities at said park;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Paragraph 2 of said
13 Resolution No. 5193 be amended to read:
14 A92. For the use of parking facilities at the Corona
del Mar State and City Beach Park, daily parking fees of
15 50¢ and $1.00 per vehicle and $2.00 per bus are hereby
established. The days and hours each day that such park-
16 ing facilities are to be in operation and the days and
hours each day that such fees as herein designated are
17 to be charged shall be established by the City Manager
in such a manner as will best serve the public use of said
18 park and parking facilities and which will best serve to
avoid traffic congestion and the hazards attendant therein.
19 The City Manager shall prepare a schedule of such days and
hours, which said schedule and any revisions thereof shall
20 be filed with the City Clerk.0/
