2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

4' VnIM AS, Newport Harbor Union High School District and
5 The Irvine Company have executed a grant of easement granting to
6 the City of Newport Beach an easement for street and highway
7 purposes over the following described real property:
8'I That portion of Blocks 52 and 56 of Irvine's Sub-
division in the City of Newport Beach, County of
9 Orange, State of California, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous
10 Record Maps in the office of the County Recorder
11 of said county, described as follows:
12 All of Lot "B" as shown on a map filed in
Book 57, page,49 of Records of Survey in
the office of the County Recorder of said
13 county;
14 and
15 iMRZAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
16 grant of easement for such purposes;
17 NOW$ THMEFOKIE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant of easement
18 is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
19 execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
20 to its recording and to record said easement in the County Recorder'
2111 office.
