RESOLUTION NO. 6007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISEMENT OF
ACCESS RIGHTS
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a Wiest Virginia corporation,
is the subdivider of real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
I and
Tract 5361, as shown on a map recorded in Book,
190, pages 47 and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California;
AREAS, the Final Map of Tract No. 5361 was approved by
(the City Council subject to the condition that access rights be
Ilimited from Lots 1, 3 and A of said Tract No. 5361 to the adjoining)
State highway 101A; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, as owner, Charles Ullman and
Richard I, Stewart, as lessees, and Reuben's. Inc., as sublessees,
have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Relin-
quishment of Access nights as to Lot 1 of said tract which meets
said condition imposed by the City Council in approving said Final
1Map; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER that said Relinquishment
of Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office,
ADOPTED this 27th day
of July, 1964.
