2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISMAENT OF
31 ACCESS RIGHTS

5 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a Blest Virginia corporation,
6 is the subdivider of real property in the City of Newport Beach,
7 County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
8; Tract 5361, as shown on a map recorded in Book
9 190, pages 47 and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange
10 County, California;
ill and
12 WHEREAS, the Final Map of Tract No. 5361 was approved by
13 the City Council subject to the condition that access rights be
14 limited from Lots 1, 3 and A of said Tract No. 5361 to the adjoinii
15 State Highway 1014; and
16 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, as owner, and John R.
17 McIntosh, .dames L. Gray and William C. McIntyre, as lessees, have
18 executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Relinquish -
19 ment of Access Rights as to Lots 3 and A of said tract which meets
20 said condition imposed by the City Council in approving said Final
21 Map; and
22 WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
23 City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquishment
25 of Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
26 directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
27 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
28 County Recorder's office.
29 ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1964.
