DIiIIDER, FOR THE CONStRUCTION OF`.IKPROVEKENTS
41I IN TRACT NO. 5616

6 1 MHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
7' the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Dover Village
8! Corporation, subdivider of Tract No. 5616, agrees to construct
911 street and other public improvements necessary to serve said at
1011 division; and
11 CMS, subdivider has furnished security to assure
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with
1311 the provisions of the Code;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Cif
15 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
16 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as se
17 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency an-
1811 the City Attorney as to form.
