RESOLUTION NO. 6019
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL THE CITY OF
P. NEWPORT BEACH AWPTI14G HARBO3 PEF14IT POLICIES
� AND STANDA:ID DRAGJINGS FOR HARBOR INSTALLATIONS
4 WHERB.AS, Harbor permit Policies dated .dune 1, 1964,
5 consisting of twenty-five separate sections on twelve pages, have
6 been prepared; and
7 TiNEREAS, Standard Drawings dated ,tune 1, 1964, consisting
8i of Drawings Nos. STDA601 ^L through STD -605 -L and STD -606 -M through
9� STD - 608 -D7, both inclusive, have been prepared and are referred to
10 in said Harbor Permit Policies; and
11 DMEREAS, in the administration of the harbor and the
12 processing and approval of permits for the construction and main -
13 tenance of harbor installations it is necessary and convenient to
14 have written policies and standard drawings therefor; and
15 WHEREAS, the policies and drawings hereinabove identified
16 have been submitted to and found to be satisfactory by the City
17 Council;
18 NOT• THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said policies and
19 drawings be and are hereby officially adopted by the City Council
20 of the City of Newport Beach.
21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of said policies and
22 of said drawings be attached to this resolution and kept on file
23 in the City Clerk's office as the official policies and drac7ings
24 applicable to harbor installations.
25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said policies and drawings
26 are adopted to supersede any such policies and drawings previously
27 adopted by the City Council.
28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the schedule of fees set out
29 in said policies in paragraph 12 be and are hereby adopted and shall
30 become effective on September 23, 1964, the effective ,date of
31 Ordinance No. 1090.
32 ADOPTED this 24th day of Au ust 1964.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 24th day of August
