NEWPORT BI C11 ADOPTING 4 ND SU3NITTING A BUDGET
FOR MOMIDIT',R3 OF STATE: ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING)

�,FHE ZFA , a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expendid
6I ture of the Engineering Allocation under Section 2107.5 of the
7 Streets and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of
8 Newport Beach, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State
9 Department of Public Qgorks, Division of Highways, hereinafter re-
10 ferred to as the department; and,
11 13f PAS, the city council has prepared a budget proposal
12 showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
13 during the 1964+-65 fiscal year; and,
1411 WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said budget pro-
15I1posal and is familiar with the contents thereof;
1611 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City
1711 of Newport Beach that said budget proposal dated Lug. 24, 1964, be
1811 and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the
19IIState allocated funds for engineering to cities, said budget prow
20 posal to be and the same is hereby approved and the Public Works
21 Director is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and
22 said budget proposal to be submitted to the Department of Public
23 Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of
24 Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
25 APPROVED AND SUBMITTED this 24th day of August, 1964.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 24th day of August ,
