2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HE 7PORT BEACH APPOINTING AN ACTING .CITY ATTORNEY
3 AND FIXING HIS SALARY.

5 the office of City Attorney will become vacant
6j on September 11, 1964; and
71 VIERF.AS, it is necessary to make an appointment to fill
8� that position;
9 NW2 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Tully H. Seymour be
10 and is hereby appointed as Acting City Attorney effective September
11 11, 1964, at the salary of $1,148 per month for full -time employment,
12 payable in monthly, semimonthly, or biweekly installments as is most
131Iconvenient in the ordinary course of the preparation of the City's
1411 payroll.
