2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3II AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES - WITH..
WK. BLUROCK.AND ASSOCIATES

5I WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
7 services between the City of Newport Beach and Wm. Blurock and
8 Associates in connection with the construction of a restroom -
lldressing room building at the Corona Del Mar State and City Beach
lo
Park; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
13 equitable;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement for
15 architectural services be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
16 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
17 the City of Newport Beach,
18 ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1964.
