1 RESOLUTION NO. 6035
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 SERVICE AGREEMENT. WITH. NORMAN A. GAMBLE

51 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain service agreement between the
7 City of Newport Beach and Norman A. Gamble, a public accountant,
8i under which said accountant is to perform certain services in
9 connection with the preparation of the City's payrolls and various
10 payroll and labor reports; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
13 equitable;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said service agree-
15 ment is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
16 authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
17 of Newport Beach,
18 ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1964,

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
