2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A NOTICE OF ADDITION OF
3 TERRITORY FOR TRACT N0, 5692 UNDER.THE- DECLARATION
OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE
4 TO TRACTS NOS. 5463 AND 5480 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE SAME ON BEHALF

7 1 WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has previously
8 executed Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to
9 Tract No. 5463 and Tract No. 5480 pursuant to Resolution No,
10 5925; and
11 WHEREAS, a final subdivision map has been approved for
12 Tract No. 5692 which adjoins said tracts; and
13 WHEREAS, said Tract Nos 5692 is a portion of the
14 planned residential development approved by Revised Use Permit
15 No. 971; and
16 WHEREAS, Declarant has submitted to the City a 9°Notice
17 of Addition of Territory" in connection with Tract Nos 5692 which
18 will subject said tract to the Declaration of Covenants, Condition
19 and Restrictions previously recorded for Tract No. 5463 and Tract
20 No. 5480; and
21 WHEREAS, said Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
22 provide for the approval of the City to be endorsed on said notice
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the notice of addi-
24 tion�df.territory is approved by the City, and the Mayor and City
25 Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said notice on behalf
26 of the City.
27 ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 1964.

adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 28th day of September ,
1964 by the following vote, to wit:

Elder, Marshall, Parsons
