RESOLUTION NO. 6047
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING ADDENDUM NO. 2 AND STANDARD
DRAWING NO. STD-!609m16 FOR .RACE COMtIITTEE PLATFORMS
AS SUPPLEMENTS TO THE HARBOR PERMIT POLICIES AND
STANDARD DRAWINGS FOR HARBOR INSTALLATIONS
TMREAS, on August 24, 1964, the City Council adopted a
set of Harbor Permit Policies and Standard Drawings dated dune 1,
1964, by Resolution No. 6019, and on October 19, 1964, adopted
Harbor Permit policies Addendum No. 1 dated October 19, 1964, by
Resolution No. 6041; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Permit Policies Addendum No. 2 dated
October 26, 1964, and Standard Drawing No. STD -609 -M dated October
26, 1964, which concern race committee platforms have been reviewed
by the City Council and found to be satisfactory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
said Addendum No. 2 and Standard Drawing No. STD -609AM are hereby
adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach and are
made a part of the Harbor Permit Policies and Standard Drawings
previously adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Addendum No. 2 and
Standard Drawing No. STD-609-H be kept on file in the City Clerk's
office.
ADOPTED this 26th day of October, 1964.
