5 Lion, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach an ea
6I ment for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining a
71 sewer main and appurtenances in, over and under that certain real
81 property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
91 State of California, described as follows:

office of the county recorder of said county,

Beginning at the centerline intersection of
MacArthur Boulevard, 100 feet wide, and Birch

Street, 80.00 feet wide, as shown on said

I NOTI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said utility easement
2 is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
31 execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
4� to its recording and to record said easement in the County Recorder'
