RESOLUTION N0. 6064

21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 AN AGREMONT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES WITH
DORIUS AND BELL

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6II the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
7' services between the City of Newport Beach and Dorius and Bell in
81 connection with the construction of a lifeguard headquarters
9 building on the ocean beach easterly of and adjacent to the Newport
10 pier; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
13 equitable;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement for
15 architectural services be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
16 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
17 the City of Newport Beach.
18 ADOPTED this 9th day of November, 1964.
