21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NE WORT BE&CH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3i AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT

• 5� &nMRE'.S, Eastview Development Corp., as subdivider of
6 Tract No. 4893, has agreed to install subdivision improvements in
71 accordance with an agreement dated the 29th day of April, 1963,
81 , within twelve months from the date thereof; and
9 GYIILREAS, said agreement provides that the City Council
10 may extend the time for performance by the subdivider under such
11 agreement if it determines that the circumstances justify such
12 extension of time; and
13 GMRiAS, the subdivider has requested that the City
14 Council extend the time for completion of said improvements for
15 one year; and
16 WHEREAS, it would be in the mutual interest of the pantie:
17 to extend the time within which said improvements must be completed
18 to April 29, 1965; and
19 T-=7 FAS, an amendment to said subdivision agreement has
20 been presented to the City Council under which the time for couple-
21 tion of said improvements would be extended to April 29, 1965, and
22 the City Council has reviewed the terms thereof and found them to
23 be acceptable;
24 NCU, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
25 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment
26 to subdivision agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
