A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT.BEACH ACCEPTING A RELIN(Z,UISHiMENT OF
ACCESS.RIGHTS
WHERMS, the owner of the real property in the City of
Newport Beech, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 3, Block A, Tract 673, as shown on a map recorded
in Book.20, pages 17 and 18, of Miscellaneous I ?aps,
Records of Orange County, California,
has offered to relinquish and release to the City of Newport Beach
any and all abutterls rights of direct vehicular access, appurtenan
to the above described property, in and to the adjoining City stree
:shown as Hazel Drive, and has presented to the City Council a
written instrument relinquishing the foregoing access rights; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that
said Relinquishment
of Access Rights from /v /�r9[cOli�L �.�i{�riSon
be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
to its recording and to record said document in the County Recordergs
office.
ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1964.

adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
