III RESOLUTION NO. 6090
211 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
I MWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE F CUTION OF AN
311 AGIaFE NT E71TH GANGI -BILT HOMES, SUBDIVIDER, FOR
411 THE CONSTRUCTION OF.IMPiROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 5783
5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Gangi -Gilt Homes,
7 subdivider of Tract No. 5783, agrees to construct street and other
8i public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision, and
9� 18HERFEAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
10� faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
11 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
13 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
14 the provisions of the Code;
15 NW2 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
16 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
17 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
18 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
1911 the City Attorney as to form.
20 ADOPTED this 28th day of December, 1964.

adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 28th day of December
19 64 by the following vote, to wit:

Elder, Parsons
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Marshall
