7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Long Beach Leasing
8 Corp., subdivider under 2esubdivision No. 198 (portion of Lot 1699
9 Block 2, Irvinets Subdivision), agrees to construct street and oche
10 public improvements required as a condition of approving said resub
11 division; and
12 TT- XRZZAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
13 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
14 Newport Beach Tunicipal Code; and
15 WiM MS. the City Council has reviewed said agreement arc,
16 found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the
17 Provisions of the Code;
18 VTOUr TI <; 7OiZ, BE IT RMSOLUD that the Mayor and City
19 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
20 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
21 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
22 City Attorney as to form.
