6 entered into a license agreement dated January 1, 1964, under which
7 said George C. Fliner was grunted a license, privilege and right of
8 operating a lunch stand and live bait concession on the Ne €rsort Pier
9 for a terms of three years ending on December 31, 1966; and

11 has requested the City to transfer said license agreement to Tgoel
12 h-. Phoenix and Betty Lou Phoenix; and

14 determined that such transfer of said license agreement would be to
15 the mutual advantage of the parties and in the public interest;

18 transfer to Noel Pi. Phoenix and Betty Lou Phoenix of the license
