51 FALM3: AS, the City of Newport Beach and the County of
6 Orange in Laugust, 1961, entered into an agreement relatir_g to
7 municipal radio services, which was extended and renewed by sub -
8 sequent agreements to June 30, 1965; and

10 extending and renewing said agreement for an additional period of
11 five years, commencing July 1, 1965, upon the sabre terms and condi-
12 tsons in all respects, and
