RESOLUTION NO. 8257
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN OFFSITE PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND NEWPORT ELKS LODGE
NO. 1767
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement
between the City of Newport Beach and Newport Elks Lodge
No. 1767 for offsite parking in connection with property
located at 3456 Via Oporto, pursuant to Use Permit No. 1713;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said offsite parking agreement and found
them to be fair and equitable, and in the best interests of
the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said offsite parking agree-
ment above described is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1974.
