RESOLUTION NO. 8618
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A PARCEL
MAP AND ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION
OF PROPERTY TO THE PUBLIC ON THE MAP IN
CONNECTION WITH RESUBDIVISION NO. 487,
MARINERS MILE COMPANY (Northwesterly of
Tustin Avenue between West Coast Highway
and Avon Street)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision No.
487; and
WHEREAS, Mariners Mile Company has offered for dedica-
tion to the City certain property for street and highway
purposes for two corner cutoffs, and dedication of vehicular
acce -s rights to West Coast Highway and Tustin Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offers of dedication, and finds that the approval of
the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offers of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved and
the offers of dedication are hereby accepted, and the City Clerk
is authorized to execute the certificate on said map consistent
herewith and approving the signature omissions, Section 66436(b)(1)
of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1975.
