RESOLUTION NO. 8756
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE FORMS TO BE USED
IN THE SALE OR SUBLEASE OF MOBILEHOMES AND
TRAILER SPACES LOCATED IN NEWPORT MARINAPARK
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of that certain
Lease Agreement between the City of Newport Beach and the
Fifty -eight (58) lessees of trailer spaces located in Newport
Marinapark dated March 23, 1976, provides that sales or
subleases are to be on forms prepared by the City Attorney
and approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared the appropriate
forms for the Council's review; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes it to be in the
best interest of the City to approve said forms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach hereby approves the forms prepared
by the City Attorney for the sale or sublease of the mobilehomes
and trailer spaces located in Newport Marinapark.
