A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH CaCgo�ll 2�2 IH DEED

FRONT BEACH ACQUISITION PROJECT
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a certain grant deed dated Augu 1, 1976 ,
and MARJORIE CRAMR
wherein DOROTHY WEBSTER /grants to the CITY -OF NEWPORT BEACH
the following described real property in connection with
the Ocean -Front Beach acquisition project:
That portion of land lying between Lot 2
Block 16, Eastside Addition to Balboa Tract
as shown in map recorded in Book 4, pages 20
of Miscellaneous Maps, and the Ordinary High
Tide line in the Pacific Ocean, and between
Northwesterly and Southeasterly lines of said
Lot 2 projected Southwesterly to Ordinary High
Tide line of Pacific Ocean; EXCEPTING THEREFROM .
that portion included within Surf Avenue as
shown on said map.
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
accept said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said grant is hereby accepted,
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
recording and to cause said document to be recorded in the
Office of the Orange County Recorder.
ADOPTED this 9th day of August ,,1976.
