A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A PARCEL MAP AND
is ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF PROPERTY
TO THE PUBLIC ON THE MAP IN CONNECTION WITH
RESUBDIVISION NO. 529 (NORTHEASTERLY OF NORTH
BRISTOL STREET BETWEEN BIRgH STREET AND
SPRUCE AVENUE)
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resub-
division No. 529; and
WHEREAS, Emkay Development and Realty Company has
offered for dedication to the City certain vehicular access
rights to North Bristol Street, except for the master planned
driveways shown on the approved Improvement Plan for North
Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said map
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 27th day of September , 1976.
