• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 673 AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF CORNER CU17OFFS AT EAST COAST
HIGHWAY AND IRIS AVENUE AND IRIS AVENUE AND
FIRST AVENUE.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision No.
675 (3015 East Coast Highway); and
WHEREAS, Newport Balboa Savings & Loan has offered for
dedication to the City certain corner cutoffs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel Map
and the offers of dedication and finds that the approval of the
Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offers of dedication to be
in the best interests of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved and
the offers of dedication are hereby accepted.
