A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A SUBDIVISION
EXTENSION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEW-
PORT BEACH AND DAON CORPORATION, GUARANTEEING
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REGARDING
RESUBDIVISION NO. 629 AND AUTHORIZING THE
• MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID EXTENSION
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain Extension Agreement
regarding Resubdivision No. 629, between the City of Newport
Beach and Daon Corporation, in connection with the public
improvements required by Resubdivision No. 629; and
WHEREAS, on November 15, 1979 the parties entered into
an agreement as part of Resubdivision No. 629; and
WHEREAS, the period of time as set forth in the agree-
ment within which to complete construction of said improvements
will expire on July 15, 1981; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Daon Corporation and the
City of Newport Beach to extend the! time for performance of said
agreement to June 30, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the agreement above described is
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
