A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING A SUBDIVISION
AGREEMENT GUARANTEEING COMPLETION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED WITH SITE PLAN REVIEW
NO. 26 (MARINERS MILE) AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
• WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain Subdivision Agreement
guaranteeing completion of the public improvements required with
Site Plan Review No. 26; and
WHEREAS, on July 24, 1980, the Planning Commission
conditionally approved Site Plan Review No. 26, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire! of Waterfront Homes, Inc. to
obtain a building permit prior to completion of the public
improvements; and
WHEREAS, the agreement establishes the developer's
obligation to complete the public improvement construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the agreement above described is
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
