A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10048
TO ADD OCEAN BOULEVARD 13ETWEEN DAHLIA AND
FERNLEAF FROM 8:30 A.M. TO 12:30 P.M. TO THE
EXISTING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN
• DAYS, IN CONNECTION WITH THE STREET SWEEPING
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on May 26, 1981, the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach, pursuant to Section 12.55.150 of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code, adopted Resolution No. 10048 which
established "no parking" restrictions on certain central Newport
streets on certain days in connection with the street sweeping
program; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Affairs Committee has recommended
that Ocean Boulevard, between Dahlia and Fernleaf, be added to
the streets included on said Resolution, so as to improve street
sweeping effectiveness,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that Resolution No. 10048 be and it
hereby is amended to include Ocean Boulevard on the list of
streets where the parking of vehicles shall be prohibited,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12.:30 p.m. as follows:
Ocean Boulevard between South Side Monday
Dahlia & Fernleaf North Side Tuesday
ADOPTED this 13th day of October , 1981.
