RESOLUTION 'NO. 11102
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH THE J.
M. PETERS CO., INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT 11605 AND AUTHORIZING
• THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAME
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain Subdivision Agreement
between the City of Newport Beach and the J. M. Peters Company,
in connection with the the subdivision of 10.086 acres into nine
numbered lots for single - family residential purposes located at
the southerly corner of Bison Ave. and MacArthur Blvd., in the
Aeronutronic Ford Planned Community; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has made certain
findings and recommendations for the approval of the Final Map of
Tract No. 11605; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended
approval of agreements with the J. M. Peters Company, Inc. for
construction of improvements in '. Tract No. 11605 and incorporating
by reference their Findings and Conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and
conditions of said Subdivision Agreement and finds them to be
satisfactory and that it would be in the best interest of the
City to execute said Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT :RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the Agreement above described is
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
