A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING
RESOLUTION 87 -105 ]PERTAINING TO
DELINQUENT FEES FOR DOG LICENSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -29 was adopted by the City Council
• of the City of Newport Beach on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 87 -29 stated that the dog license
fees shall be established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, on July 13, 1987, the City Council adopted Resolution
87 -105 establishing the dog license fees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby amend Resolution 87-
105 and establish a new delinquent fee for failure to timely
obtain a dog license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach as follows:
1. The following fee is established as the delinquent fees to
be charged for failure to timely obtain a dog license:
Delinquent Fee: Ten dollars ($10.00).
