RESOLUTION NO. 88 -34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
ADJACENT TO 608 EAST BALBOA BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, Section 12.44.010 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that when authorized signs are in place giving
notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle
contrary to the direction or provisions of such signs upon such
streets or portions thereof as the City Council shall designate by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of
vehicles be prohibited adjacent to 608 East Balboa Boulevard from
June 1 through September 15, and on Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays from September 16 through May 31.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Traffic Engineer be
and hereby is directed to erect all necessary signs at the subject
location. o
